Gates Police have a fifth arrest in last month’s fight that led to gunfire at the Diplomat Banquet Center.
They say Gates Officers and Rochester Police served a search warrant at 90 Sobieski Street in Rochester, looking for marijuana. One of the people taken into custody was Reinaldo Aristegui-Calas, accused of being one of the three people who pulled out guns when a fight started at the Diplomat.
He’s been charged with reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Bail was set at $25,000.
