The FBI has joined the investigation into a fire that burned three homes in Albion, according to the Albion Fire Department.
The flames started Saturday evening with an explosion in a garage on West State Street, with the fire spreading quickly to the home and the homes on either side. One person is recovering at the hospital, and two of the homes were extensively damaged.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
