The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says one person is dead and two others were taken to the hospital after being injured in a crash on Rush Lima Roadd in Rush.
An investigation showed a car crossed over the center line and hit another vehicle head-on. The driver of the first car was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger in that car and the driver of the second car were hospitalized.
The cause remains under investigation.
