Monroe County Deputies have charged a Henrietta man with DWI after his unsafe turn caused a three way crash that killed a Farmington woman this morning.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened at 7:50 Monday morning, at Boughton Hill road and Hunt Club Drive. They say 47-year-old Louie Restivo was driving his pickup truck along Boughton Hill Road with 26-year-old Hannah Kline of Farmington driving behind him. Restivo suddenly turned left in front of a dump truck driven by a Macedon man, then stopped in the road before slowly trying to pull into a construction area.

The dump truck driver slammed on his brakes, but crashed into Kline’s car, killing her. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Although Restivo was ticketed for triggering the crash, the dump truck driver was ticketed for driving without the proper class license, operating out of restrictions and brakes out of service.
