A three-way crash in Mount Morris Tuesday evening left one person dead and two injured.
Troopers say it happened on Route 36 near Cleveland Road. They say a southbound car was making a left turn when the pickup truck directly behind it was struck from behind by a third vehicle. That third vehicle, a pickup towing a trailer, then went into the northbound lane and struck a northbound vehicle.
The driver of that northbound vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. A young child in that car was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor injuries, and the driver of the third vehicle was taken to Noyes Hospital, also with minor injuries.
