A crash at the corner of East Lake Road and Route 39 in Castile killed a woman and injured her two children on Tuesday afternoon.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says a tractor-trailer was turning north onto route 39 and the driver didn’t see an approaching SUV coming southbound. The SUV ended up under the truck.
Deputies say dense fog at the time was a significant factor in the crash.
