A man is dead after a car crash early this morning at the corner of Bay and Hebard Streets.
Rochester Police say a three-way crash happened at about 3:00 a.m. They’re still trying to reconstruct what happened, but say they found the dead man inside one of the wrecked vehicles. An occupant of a second car was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, and the occupants of a third vehicle ran away before police got there.
Police are searching for those people. Investigators are canvassing the neighborhood for witnesses and checking surveillance video for potential evidence. They’re asking anyone who saw the accident happen to call 911.
