The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 64-year-old John Martin Toal of Farmington was arrested after an investigation into events that happened back in August.
Toal was charge with possessing an obscene sexual performance of a child and unlawful surveillance following a search of his home.
Sheriff Kevin Henderson says Toal had several computers and storage media that were turned over to the sheriff’s office by probation officers for investigation. The found a large amount of child porn, plus video from a camera hidden in Toal’s bathroom showing his former female roommate.
