Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo says the county Department of Transportation reopened Edgemere Drive between Dewey Avenue and Island Cottage Road in Greece this morning. That section had been closed by flood waters from Lake Ontario for most of the week.
Dinolfo says thanks are due to the state, county and town highway crews who worked to get the area pumped out and cleaned up.
