Irondequoit police and other agencies continue to investigate a threat made to Eastridge High School on Friday morning, one that led school officials to order an evacuation of the building.
Students were bused to the nearby Culver-Ridge Plaza, and held on the buses while police searched the school room-by-room. Nothing was found and classes later resumed.
Dozens of anxious parents went to the plaza waiting to see if their children were safe.
The nature of the threat has not been disclosed, but some students spoke of a bomb threat to TV stations.
