A crash on East River Road in Henrietta Wednesday afternoon sent two people to the hospital and closed the road through the rush hour. A child in one of the cars suffered only minor injuries.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says a 19-year-old driver fell asleep and drifted into the opposite lane, hitting a 42-year-old woman’s car. Deputies ticketed Rodney Roudebush for failing to maintain his lane and unsafe lane change.
