East Rochester police say a two-year-old child escaped with only scratches and bruises after falling out of a second-story window.
The accident happened in the 100 block of East Maple Avenue. Police say the child was left unsupervised and managed to climb up to the window and fall out.
They’ve charged 37-year-old Willie Doctor with endangering the welfare of a child.
