People driving through Durand Eastman Park saw a motorcycle pass them at high speed early this morning…then rounded a curve to find the motorcycle crashed off the side of the road.
Rochester Police were called to investigate and arrested the rider for DWI. He was taken to Rochester General Hospital for treatment of injuries from the crash.
