A crash is under investigation in Rochester after a dump truck slammed into a car on the 1500 block of St. Paul Street.
Police say it appears the car tried to make an illegal U-turn into traffic and was hit by the truck.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with complaints of neck and back pain and was ticketed. The dump truck driver was not hurt.
