A nurse has been charged with second-degree manslaughter, tampering with physical evidence and criminal injection of a narcotic drug after the death of a man in Brighton.
The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says an indictment was unsealed in court Tuesday bringing the charges against 38-year-old Kelly Goff. He allegedly injected Tushar Ram just over a year ago in the Town of Brighton. Ram died of a drug overdose.
Goff was arraigned and bail was set at $5,000 cash. He’ll be in court on October 19th.
