Federal prosecutors say a 40-year-old Rochester man has been sentenced to life in prison plus five years, after being convicted of murder and numerous drug charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Damion Colabatistto was found guilty by a jury of murder, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin, plus use of firearms in a drug conspiracy.
Colabatistto and his former brother-in-law went to Cameron Street in Rochester to kill a rival drug dealer. They shot and killed Meosha Harmon, mistaking her for rival the drug dealer.
