Three arrests have been made following two separate investigations into the sale and distribution of heroin and crack cocaine in Albion.

The Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force and Albion Police searched a vehicle on North Main Street in Albion yesterday and arrested Leonel Lopez-Sanchez and Patricio Borquez of Rochester after finding heroin packaged for sale.

In the second incident, authorities stopped a vehicle on North Liberty Street in Albion and found crack cocaine packaged for sale. Authorities arrested Jeffrey Magee in that incident.

All three were charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lopez-Sanchez and Borquez face additional drug charges and could possibly face deportation.
