A driver lost control of his car on Norton Street early this morning and crashed it into a parked trailer with another car loaded on it.
Rochester Police say the impact flipped the errant car and it landed on its roof. The driver ran away. Two passengers in the car were taken to Rochester General Hospital to be checked out.
