The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office has identified the driver killed in Wednesday’s crash in Manchester as 36-year-old Nicholas Kellar of Palmyra.
Deputies said Kellar went off Route 21 near Hackett Road and crashed into a tree on Wednesday afternoon. He had to be pried out of the wreck by the Manchester Fire Department, and died after being brought to Clifton Springs Hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
