A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Rochester woman in the crash last month on Lyell Avenue that seriously injured two small children.
Authorities say Letoya Paloma was recording a video while driving when she swerved to avoid a pole and hit the wagon that was being pulled by the children’s father. The wagon was dragged about fifty feet and the children were seriously injured by being wedged under her car. They’re recovering in the hospital.
The indictment includes multiple counts of assault, reckless endangerment and endangering a child.
