The man accused of causing a crash that killed his six-month-old daughter on Halloween has pleaded not guilty to ten charges resulting from that accident.

Thirty-three-year-old Isaac Mccrea is accused of driving drunk when his car crossed over an access road off Route 104 in Webster and slammed into a tree. His three children were passengers in the SUV when it crashed. Six-month-old Karena was pronounced dead at the scene, while five-year-old Kahiri McCrea and two-year-old Kyhree McCrea were injured, but survived.

A judge suspended McCrea’s license and ordered him to return to court on January 8th.

McCrea stands accused of two counts of vehicular manslaughter, six of aggravated DWI, DWI and DWI with a blood alcohol level above .08.
