A driver is dead after apparently suffering a medical crisis behind the wheel in Henrietta.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says a three-vehicle crash was reported at the corner of Jefferson Road and Hylan Drive. Witnesses said a car approaching the intersection suddenly drifted into the oncoming lanes, hitting two other cars.
The driver of the car that caused the accident was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead of an apparent medical condition. No other injuries were reported.
