A Monroe County grand jury has indicted the Rochester woman who was arrested after a crash last month that killed a Lyft driver.
Mary Singhavong is facing multiple counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault, plus manslaughter, DWI and driving without a license.
Police say she ran a red light February 3rd in her crossover and hit three other cars at the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Norton Street.
The crash killed Lyft driver Eric Jones of Greece. His passenger– and a passenger in Singhavong’s car — were seriously injured.
