Rochester police charged a 45-year-old Monroe County man with DWI after a two-car crash on Bernice Street. The crash happened shortly before 3 a.m. on Thursday.
Police sday Darin Kennedy was driving north on Bernice Street when he crossed onto the wrong side of the road and hit a parked car. The parked car was shoved into a light pole, knocking it down.
Kennedy had to be pried out of his wrecked car by the Rochester Fire Department. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of arm and leg injuries.
