Gates Police say a 32-year-old Holley man was arrested Sunday night for drag racing on Elmgrove Road.
Ryan Jenks was racing another man who got away from police. Jenks’ 1989 Mustang was seized because it wasn’t street legal, being equipped with slick tires, a removable steering wheel, no hood and a parachute on the back.
