With the rain ending, flocks of dirt bikes and ATVs roamed through the City of Rochester Sunday evening, reportedly causing two cars to crash as they tried to avoid them on East Ridge Road.
Dirt bikes were spotted on East Ridge and on Lake Avenue in large numbers, Video posted on Twitter showed them running red lights.
Police in Rochester have been confiscating the bikes when found running on city streets following several fatal accidents involving them.
