With his son and nephew facing federal fraud charges, Rochester developer Robert Morgan is now being sued by his brother.
A lawsuit filed by Herbert Morgan says Robert Morgan sold several office and residential developments this year, but didn’t notify him of the sales in an attempt to cut him out of his share of the multi-million dollar deals. He’s asking for the share he owed in those buildings, plus interest.
Morgan’s son and nephew are accused of misleading banks into giving them bigger loans by making it appear vacant rental properties had tenants. They were charged in a 62-count indictment in May.
