The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 44-year-old Cedrick Lamont Mitchell, a Florida man they know came to Rochester from Sarasota, and is wanted for kidnapping and assault in both Rochester and Sarasota.
A spokesman says Mitchell stayed for several days outside of 448 Hawley Street and 302 Adams Street, sleeping in a silver Dodge Caravan. He also stayed at the Motel 6 on Buell Road.
