Divers have reached the sunken SUV found on the bottom of the Genesee River in Charlotte, yesterday. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office confirms the license plate read “BLUSTERY,” confirming the vehicle belongs to the missing Perinton Couple, Bob and Mary Ross.
SCUBA divers were rigging the vehicle with cables for recovery this afternoon. Divers are working in extremely low visibility and rotating in and out of the water in shifts because of the temperatures.
