A Rochester Democrat seeking to run against Republican State Senator Rich Funke this fall says he’ll appeal a judge’s decision that ruled him off the ballot.

The State Supreme Court in Albany found that Steve Glickman didn’t meet New York’s five year residency requirement to run for public office.  Glickman says he’s taking the case to the Appellate Division and hopes to stay in the race.
