TMugshot-Daniel Delaushe Webster man accused last week of stalking two young boys in Penfield was in court today, where his case was adjourned until August 24th.

Twenty-year-old Daniel DeLaus remains free on bail. He was accused of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly driving by two Penfield homes and asking two different boys if they wanted candy. They boys, who were 12 and 17, ran away and told their parents.

DeLaus’ attorney says his client has no prior offenses and doubts he will serve jail time since the charges are misdemeanors.
