After a state referendum, years of political wrangling, planning, protests and construction, the del Lago Resort and Casino is ready to open its doors to the public tomorrow.
The $440 million resort casino in Seneca County has 2,000 slots, nearly 80 table games and six restaurants. There are more than 200 hotel rooms, a spa and banquet facilities.
Del Lago is one of the four Upstate New York casinos to be licensed by state referendum three and a half years ago.
