A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted 22-year-old Davonte Moore of Rochester on multiple charges of unlawful imprisonment, strangulation, coercion and endangering the welfare of a child.
Moore is accused of threatening his wife last month after an incident at the couple’s apartment that caused Rochester Police to deploy the SWAT team. Two children were removed from the apartment at Chatham Gardens, but Moore himself had fled.
He later turned himself in.
