A Town of Ontario woman’s daughter is one of four people being charged with her murder four months ago.
Sheriff Barry Virts says the result of his department’s investigation into the death of 52-year-old Julie Martin found she was murdered, and 22-year-old Jasmine Harlee was a prime suspect. Also charged is her boyfriend, 21-year-old Knowledge Couser of Rochester, Couser’s brother, 18-year-old Davonte Devine and 19-year-old Malquan Drayton of Henrietta.
All four are being held without bail pending a preliminary hearing on Monday.
