A Livingston County man has been charged with first degree sex abuse and is being held on $20,000 bail after an investigation of an incident in West Bloomfield.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Paul Zeches of Dansville inappropriately touched a 10-year-old boy. Investigators say he was drunk and in bed with the boy when he touched the child in a sexual manner.
