In the coming month, Governor Andrew Cuomo says he’ll be lifting the state-imposed COVID-19 curfews on bars and restaurants.

Beginning May 17, the 12:00 a.m. food and beverage curfew will be lifted for outdoor dining and bar areas. For indoor dining you’ll have to wait until May 31.

The 1:00 a.m. curfew on catered events will be lifted on May 17 for events where people have proof of vaccine status or a negative COVID test. It will be lifted altogether on May 31.
