Governor Cuomo has again condemned vandalism of Jewish cemeteries, and all anti-semitic acts, while on his trip to Israel.
Cuomo toured the Holocaust Memorial Yad Vashem Sunday, and participated in a memorial service with Israeli President Reuven Rivlin.
The NYPD is looking into a report of possible vandalism of headstones in a Jewish section of a Brooklyn cemetery. State Assemblyman Dov Hikind tweeted out photos of the damaged headstones Saturday night. Last week, a Jewish cemetery in Rochester was vandalized.
The reported vandalism comes amid a series of recent bomb threats to Jewish Community centers in New York and across the country.
