A man who had been on life support since a crash on Rochester’s northeast side last week has died.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner says Rashad Pearsall passed away due to his injuries from the crash, which occurred on March 22nd at the intersection of Northland Avenue and Jerold Street.
Twenty-four-year-old Luis Ramirez (photo) was arrested following the accident and has been charged with assault, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
There’s no word yet on whether additional charges may be filed.
