Rochester Police have charged a 37-year-old city woman with driving without a license and other violations after her car crashed on Park Avenue at Edgerton Street and caught fire.
The crash happened shortly before 11:00 last night. Police say the car was eastbound on Park Avenue when it hit a parked car, flipped upside-down and caught fire. Two adults and three children got out with only minor injuries. Only one of the children was hurt.
