A
driver who suffered a medical issue went off the road on Route 77 in Genesee County Monday afternoon, and the resulting crash killed a back seat passenger.
New York State Police say the 40-year-old driver and two other passengers suffered minor injuries when the car ran off the side of the road in the Town of Alabama and crashed into a tree.
