The application for a federal search warrant filed in court accuses officials of Morgan Management of violating bank and wire fraud laws.
The application led to the search warrant which FBI agents served this week at the offices of Morgan Management in Pittsford. It says Vice President Kevin Morgan and project Manager Todd Morgan, along with officials of other companies, are suspected of giving false information to make it appear their properties were bringing in more money than they actually did.
The FBI says this was to get loans larger than the banks would have otherwise authorized.
