The Monroe County Medical Examiner has positively identified the two bodies recovered with their sunken SUV yesterday as Robert and Mary Ross of Perinton.
They were found in the front seat of their 2017 Kia Sorrento, which was recovered from the bottom of the Genesee River in Charlotte. In a statement, the sheriff’s office offers its condolences to the Ross family.
The Rosses were declared missing on February 5th, nearly a week after they were last seen.
