A mother and her boyfriend pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of murder and manslaughter in the death of a three-year-old.
Anthony Love and Andrea Lipton are charged in the killing of Kei’mere Marshall on July 11th. Police were called to the home on Avenue C for a report of a child not breating. Kei’mere was found on the floor unconscious and died later at the hospital.
Love is charged with murder for allegedly beating the child, and Lipton is charged with manslaughter for failing to get help for the injured child.
