Monroe County has reached contract agreements with two major public employee unions — The International Union of Operating Engineers and the Civil Service Employees Association.
The county says it’s approved five-year contracts with both unions.
The CSEA is county government’s largest union, representing some 1,800 workers in everything from the airport to county parks.
