Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo says the county has reached a tentative contract agreement with its second-largest union, the Federation of Social Workers.
The FSW represents about 800 county employees, mainly in the Department of Human Services. Members will vote on the contract deal in the coming month.
Other than it’s a five-year settlement, the county isn’t saying anything about the terms. Dinolfo does say it recognizes the important work done by social workers during difficult times.
