City Council also voted unanimously last night to sell the first parcel of land to be reclaimed as part of the Inner Loop Fill-In project.
Council approved an agreement to sell the land for $600,000 to a partnership of Christa Construction and Morgan Management. They plan a large mixed-use project which will hold Christa’s main offices, as well as retail space and 117 apartment units with underground parking.
There are four other parcels, all committed to various projects including an expansion of the Strong Museum.
