As testing ramps up, more cases of COVID-19 are being found around the Rochester area.
Two Rochester Institute of Technology students have tested positive for the disease. One remains isolated on campus, and the other is quarantined elsewhere in the Rochester area, per RIT.
The University of Rochester says one of its students and a staff member have tested positive. Neither is currently on campus. Their contacts are being traced.
And a patient at the Jewish Home in Brighton is currently in isolation after testing positive. The patient had just been admitted for short term rehab and had automatically been put into isolation as are all new admissions to the facility.
