Corey Coleman only fetched Cleveland a seventh-round pick at the 2020 draft. On Monday, the Bills hit the practice field at St. John Fisher College bright and early. Simply put, Coleman didn’t have time to make it to Pittsford for the session.

Expect to see Coleman there on Tuesday morning after he posted a video of his new Bills practice jersey on his Instagram account on Monday evening. The video also had a message, probably for his former team and doubters: “I’ve got some s— to prove.”

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Coleman didn’t fit in with Cleveland’s locker room, which is why the Browns shipped him out for a cheap price tag. Coleman has plenty to prove in regard to numbers and his health, too.

His first two seasons saw him limited to only 19 games as he suffered a broken hand in back-to-back years to start his career. Overall, Coleman has 56 catches for 718 yards and five touchdowns in his brief career.

To summarize, Coleman does have something to prove, and at least he sounds motivated to do so.
