Just happened on Lake Ave heading northbound. Guy on first dirt bike entered intersection on the red light and stopped traffic. Caused 2 cars traveling eastbound on ridge to rear ended and one of the bikes almost got wiped out pic.twitter.com/rb6LUslHaM
