The Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School says it’s found a purchaser for its historic campus at 1100 South Goodman Street, and they’ll announce the name tomorrow.

Colgate Rochester-Crozer has been looking for nearly 20 years to find the right partner to buy the grounds on the edge of Highland Park overlooking Brighton. They’ve signed a purchase agreement with a development company which will also announce its plans tomorrow.

The school no longer needs the large residential campus. Few students enter the seminary directly out of school, and they don’t need the residence halls.
